NYFALL 2011 - NY Fashion Week Fall 2011 @ Lincoln Center

O New York Fashon Week é um dos eventos mais importantes do Fashion business. O evento acontece duas vezes ao ano na cidade de Nova York no Lincoln Center.  O evento que mostra as coleções do outono é realizado no mes de fevereiro e as coleções do verão são apresentadas no mes de setembro. O evento tem duração de uma semana. Onde a maioria dos mais importantes estilistas produzem desfiles para mostrar suas últimas coleções. Muitos outros desfiles são realizados fora do complexo do Lincoln Center. Alguns são realizados no Milk Center, em alguns hotéis da cidade e em muitos outros lugares. Muito dos top-designers como Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, Calvin Klein and Marc Jacobs mostram suas coleções em outros locais fora do Lincoln Center. A maioria deles em seus próprios estúdios.

Outros eventos também relacionados a moda são realizados na cidade de Nova York durante o New York Fashion Week. Como por exemplo o Couture Fashion Week NY realizado no Waldorf-Astoria e o  iFashion Week by iFashion Network e  iConcept Media Group que focam os designers emergentes independents. Este ano em torno de 200 designers mostram suas coleções no NY Fashion Week. Irei mostrar aqui para voce ao longo da semana algumas fotos que eu fiz dos desfiles que eu assisti neste grande evento !

The New York Fashion Week is one of the most important Fashion Events in the Fashion business. It is hosted twice a year in NYC at Lincoln Center*. The Fashion Week Fall shows are held preceding winter in February and the spring shows are held in September. The event lasts one week. Many of the most important designers produce fashion shows to show off their latest collections at the NY Fashion Week. There are also many other shows that are held off-site That means that is placed at other venues other than Lincoln Center such as Milk Center, some hotels and other venues. Top-name designers as of Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, Calvin Klein and Marc Jacobs show their collections at this other venues.
Dozens of other fashion shows and related events are held around the city during New York Fashion Week, including Couture Fashion Week NY at the Waldorf-Astoria and iFashion Week by iFashion Network and iConcept Media Group focusing on emerging and independent designers.This year the NY Fall 2011 Event will present collections of roughly 200 designers.
